Started in the early 1980s by David and Carole O’Connor, the family-owned and operated business at first manufactured carob products, which were sold throughout Australia.
With the expansion of the business, also came an expansion of products, and David, a chocolate lover and who is also a qualified food technologist saw an opening for a niche range of unique chocolates and chocolate-coated products.
Chocolate connoisseurs will be in heaven with the company’s chocolates available in a mouth-watering range of dark, milk or white flavours. There are more than 30 different varieties of chocolate-coated products available in bulk, and there’s an ever-growing range in pre-packaged jars.
HACCP approved and designed for the Australian and export markets, which is looking for high quality. The company blends its own chocolate, ensuring a superb taste sensation and mouth feel like no other.
