Your completion and submission of your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between The Global Food Company Pty Ltd (ABN: 12 169 398 403) trading as The Global Food Company (we, us or our) and you.


Unless otherwise agreed with an authorised representative of The Global Food Company, the products must be purchased via the Website (not via email or telephone).

You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request.


All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.


We accept payment via PayPal only. When you submit your order successfully you will be sent a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive this transaction confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your order, please contact us with your Order Number.


We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer credit card privacy is assured at all times.


Third parties supply all Products purchased via the Website. Consequently, The Global Food Company does not store any of the products that you may choose to purchase via the Website. For additional information relating to shipping of purchased products, we recommend that you refer to the shipping policies of the supplier of the products that you have decided to purchase.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of your order. We will not be obliged to make any investigation in relation to the whereabouts of any product that you have purchased, irrespective of whether you entered the correct shipping details or not.

Depending on the products that you have ordered, products within a single order might arrive to you at separate times. This is because the products may be sent to you in separate parcels or the products may be sent to you by separate suppliers.


The Global Food Company is not responsible for refunds for products purchased via the Website. Any refunds for products purchased via the Website must be directed to the supplier of the product/s purchased and any refund may be provided at the discretion of that supplier and in accordance with its own refund policy.
